Maucher Jenkins is regulated by the Intellectual Property Regulation Board (IPReg)


IPReg was established by the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys (CIPA) and the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (CITMA) to undertake the regulation of the Patent Attorney and Trade Mark Attorney professions.

What this means to you is that our Partners and fee earning staff have to complete a rigorous examination and training programme with an ongoing commitment to complete at least a further 16 hours professional training every year to ensure that our skills are maintained to the highest standards. 


Maucher Jenkins is subject to a code of professional conduct and your work will be protected by professional indemnity insurance.
