We are pleased to announce that Dr. Philip Cupitt has been promoted to the Jenkins Partnership.
Before entering the profession, Philip worked as a software developer and gained considerable practical experience of analogue and digital circuit design. He joined Jenkins in 2004. Philip has now established a reputation for obtaining patent protection for software and business-related inventions.
He has particular expertise in databases, financial trading systems, image processing, computer security and Internet-based technologies. Philip also specialises in handling inventions relating to telecommunications, electronics and mechanical engineering. He has acted in numerous oppositions before the European Patent Office relating to mobile telecommunications.
