Overview:
Laura joined Maucher Jenkins as an Associate in March 2025 to work in our London office.
Laura provides comprehensive advice in the entire field of trade marks law with a particular interest in the practice areas of AI, media and consumer products. She also advises on copyright law, design law and domain names. She advises a wide range of clients, from individuals or small companies with no intellectual property experience, to major international corporations with substantial IP portfolios.
Laura completed her LLB (Hons) at De Montfort University with a particular focus on intellectual property law in her final year of studies. Following her undergraduate degree, Laura gained experience working as a Trainee Trade Mark Attorney in two large private practice IP firms in London. During this time Laura completed her Post Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property at Bournemouth University and Professional Certificate in Trade Mark Practice at Nottingham Trent University. Laura qualified as a UK Registered Trade Mark Attorney in 2024.
Laura is a member of CITMA (Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys).
Outside of work Laura enjoys baking and gardening.
